giSTT Requirements

  • On premise giSTT gateway requires a Windows 2003/2008 server (can be a virtual server). The gateway can interface to most enterprise voicemail systems that support IMAP access and manages secure message conversion and transport between voicemail, email and the giSTT conversion appliance or cloud based conversion service.
  • Behind the firewall giSTT Enterprise solution requires a dedicated appliance for high security message conversion.
  • giSTT Hosted service works with any voicemail system that can forward a sound file attachment via email to the Mutare's hosted giSTT gateway. Usually deployed for small business applications with low security requirements.
